ZigWord Answers Don’t Match? Alternate Boards Explained

Sometimes the answers for a level number don’t match the board on your screen. There are two common reasons.

1. You are in an alternative version of the early levels

ZigWord ships six alternative versions of levels 1–100 and assigns players to one of them. For example, level 5 is Wild Animals for most players but The Four Seasons or Out in Nature for others. Each of our pages for levels 1–100 lists every alternate board under “Different board for this level?”.

2. It’s a daily puzzle, not a main level

Daily Challenge puzzles are numbered separately and hide the words of a quote. Look them up by date in the daily calendar.

The fastest fix

Type two or three words from your board into Find my level. It searches every main level, every alternate board and the daily puzzles at once.
